Then, for the second time, I used the Uber Taxi and see if I could pick up some business. Though business was sluggish for me, a passenger surprised me by saying, "This is the best taxi ride I've ever had!" She even gave me "Excellent Service" and "Great Conversation" ratings in the app! Am I really that great? I actually don't think so, but looking back at our conversation, I definitely did some things right.
