標題：不該介入達賴喇嘛轉世的三大理由 Title: Three Arguments Against CCP’s Involvement in the Dalai Lama’s Reincarnation 2011年9月23日，於藏人行政中央會議大廳，第十一屆宗教大會上的開示。 The address delivered on September 23, 2011, at the Eleventh Religious Conference held in the Central Tibetan Administration. 著名的法國《世界報》（Le Monde）記者前來拜訪我，翌日又有一位英國知名媒體的記者到訪。連續兩天，他們都圍繞著同一個議題向我提問，就是關於我的轉世，也正是中共經常提及的話題。 A distinguished journalist from the French newspaper Le Monde came to visit me. The very next day, a journalist from a prominent British media outlet also arrived. For two consecutive days, both of them asked me about the same subject, my reincarnation, a topic frequently raised by the Chinese government. 達賴喇嘛的轉世屬於宗教範疇！ The institution of the Dalai Lama’s reincarnation is a religious affair! 過去，中國皇帝確實與此有過關聯。然而，此一時彼一時，當時的中國皇帝具有宗教信仰，其中一些中國皇帝甚至曾是西藏喇嘛的弟子，因此與轉世認證之間形成了特殊的聯繫。 Historically, Chinese emperors had some involvement in this regard. However, during those times, those emperors believed in religion, and more importantly some even regarded themselves as followers of the Tibetan lamas. As a result, they developed a unique connection. 反之，當今的中國共產黨本身不持任何宗教立場，甚至表示宗教是有問題的。第二、中共認為藏傳佛教是過時、落伍的傳統，毫無利益可言。第三、中共表明達賴喇嘛是惡魔。既然是惡魔，應該阻擋惡魔的轉世才更為合適，不是嗎？明明主張是惡魔，中共卻要負責惡魔的轉世，這不很奇怪嗎？我是這麼回覆那兩位記者。 By contrast, today’s Chinese Communist Party holds no religious position at all, and in fact, views religion to be erroneous. Second, the CCP considers Tibetan Buddhism to be an outdated tradition with no benefit whatsoever. Third, CCP states that the Dalai Lama is a demon. If I were truly a demon, the most reasonable response would be to block my reincarnation, would it not? It seems rather odd that while declaring I am a demon, the Chinese government insists on taking charge of the demon’s reincarnation. This is how I responded to the two journalists. 如果中共真要介入達賴喇嘛的轉世，中國共產黨本身應具有宗教信仰，並主張前世與後世的觀點，再先找毛澤東的轉世吧！ If the Chinese Communist Party sincerely intends to play a role in the Dalai Lama’s reincarnation,it should first accept religious belief and acknowledge the concepts of past and future lives. Then CCP should begin by recognizing the reincarnation of Mao Zedong.
