材料:
蠔仔半斤
麪線300克
辣椒仔1隻
芫荽適量
處理:
1. 麪線,放碗內,清水浸1分鐘。
2. 蠔仔,放碗內,加入生粉1湯匙,輕手撈勻,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,放碗內。
3. 大火煲滾清水1升,浸蠔仔30秒,擎乾水。
4. 麪線,輕手撈起,擎乾水。
烹調:
1. 大火在煲內煲滾清水1升。
2. 加入調味料:
a. 糖半湯匙
b. 蠔油1湯匙
c. 生抽半湯匙
d. 老抽半茶匙
e. 魚露半湯匙
大火滾起。
3. 加入麪線,煮至大滾。
4. 加入適量的胡椒粉,攪勻。
5. 轉慢火,加入蠔仔,攪勻。
6. 放入大碗內。
7. 加入適量芫荽。
8. 加入適量辣椒醬。
9. 加入適量胡椒粉。
10. 灑上辣椒粒。
11. 可隨個人口味加入適量的意大利醋。
12. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Baby oysters 0.5 catty
Vermicelli 300g
Chili 1 No.
Coriander appropriate amount
Preparation:
1. The vermicelli, put in a bowl. Soak in tap water for a minute.
2. The oysters, put in a bowl. Add in 1 tbsp of tapioca starch. Lightly mix well. Rinse with tap water. Drain. Put in a bowl.
3. Heat up 1L of water at high flame. Put oysters, soak for 30 seconds. Drain.

2. Add seasoning:
a. Sugar 0.5 tbsp
b. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
c. Light soya sauce 0.5 tbsp
d. Dark soya sauce 0.5 tsp
e. Fish sauce 0.5 tbsp
Heat up at high flame.
3. Add in the vermicelli, heat up at high flame.
4. Add in appropriate amount of pepper, mix well.
5. Turn to low flame. Add in the baby oysters, mix well.
6. Put into a big bowl.
7. Add in appropriate amount of coriander.
8. Add in appropriate amount of chili sauce.
9. Add in appropriate amount of pepper.
10. Put chili cubes on top.
11. Add in appropriate amount of Italian vinegar upon personal favorites.
12. Complete. Serve.
