🟢 材料:
冬瓜 - 600克
瘦肉 - 400克
乾荷葉 - 1張
扁豆 - 38克(1両)
綠豆 - 38克(1両)
薏米 - 38克(1両)
薑 - 1小塊
鹽 - 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 冬瓜洗淨切件。荷葉用熱水浸泡約5分鐘,洗淨備用。
2️⃣ 扁豆、綠豆及薏米洗淨備用。瘦肉洗淨去除筋膜。
3️⃣ 把所有材料放入鍋中,加入適量水,滾起後轉小火煲約90分鐘。加入適量鹽調味即可。

Winter melon – 600g
Lean pork – 400g
Dried lotus leaf – 1 piece
Hyacinth beans – 38g
Mung beans – 38g
Job’s tears (coix seeds) – 38g
Ginger – 1 small piece
Salt – to taste
🟢 Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash and cut the winter melon into pieces. Soak the lotus leaf in hot water for about 5 minutes, then rinse gently and set aside.
2️⃣ Rinse the hyacinth beans, mung beans, and Job’s tears. Wash the pork and remove any fascia or membranes.
3️⃣ Place all ingredients into a pot and add an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 90 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
