2️⃣ 把肉餡分成 5 等份,放入小碗,碗中挖個小洞,放入一個鹹蛋黃。
3️⃣ 水滾下鍋,大火蒸約 10 分鐘,如肉餅太厚,蒸的時間要略為增加。

🟢 Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Crack the salted eggs and separate 5 egg yolks. In a bowl, combine the minced pork with 1 salted egg white, minced ginger, oyster sauce (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tsp), light soy sauce (2 tsp), dark soy sauce (1 tsp), and a pinch of white pepper. Gradually add the starch slurry, stirring well. Add a little oil, mix again, and marinate for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Divide the marinated pork mixture into 5 portions and place each portion into a small bowl. Make a small hole in the center of each portion and place one salted egg yolk inside.
3️⃣ When the water is boiling, place the bowls into a steamer and steam on high heat for about 10 minutes. If the patties are thick, extend the steaming time slightly.

🟢 Cara Memasak:
1️⃣ Pecahkan telur asin, pisahkan 5 kuning telur. Dalam mangkuk, campurkan daging babi cincang dengan 1 putih telur asin, jahe cincang, saus tiram (1 sdm), gula (1 sdt), kecap asin ringan (2 sdt), kecap asin gelap (1 sdt), dan sejumput lada putih. Tambahkan slurry tepung kanji sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata. Tambahkan sedikit minyak, aduk lagi, dan marinasi selama 30 menit.
2️⃣ Bagi adonan daging yang sudah dimarinasi menjadi 5 porsi dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk kecil. Buat lubang kecil di tengah setiap porsi dan masukkan 1 kuning telur asin ke dalamnya.
3️⃣ Saat air mendidih, letakkan mangkuk-mangkuk ke dalam kukusan dan kukus dengan api besar selama sekitar 10 menit. Jika bakso tebal, tambahkan waktu kukus sedikit lebih lama.

🟢 Paraan ng Pagluluto:
1️⃣ Basagin ang maalat na itlog at hiwalayin ang 5 pula ng itlog. Sa isang mangkok, paghaluin ang giniling na baboy, 1 puting itlog mula sa maalat na itlog, tinadtad na luya, oyster sauce (1 tbsp), asukal (1 tsp), light soy sauce (2 tsp), dark soy sauce (1 tsp), at isang kurot ng puting paminta. Dahan-dahang idagdag ang starch slurry habang hinahalo nang mabuti. Magdagdag ng kaunting langis, haluin muli, at i-marinate ng 30 minuto.
2️⃣ Hatiin ang inihandang karne sa 5 bahagi at ilagay sa mga maliit na mangkok. Gumawa ng maliit na butas sa gitna ng bawat bahagi at ilagay ang isang pula ng maalat na itlog.
