鮮奶炒滑蛋🥛
Scrambled eggs with Hokkaido milk🥚
Ingredients:
Eggs 3 Nos.
Hokkaido milk 50ml
Seasoning:
Oil 2 tbsp
Black pepper a pinch
Preparation:
1. Beat 3 eggs, mix with milk, until blended.
Steps:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp oil in wok at high flame.
2. Turn to medium~low flame, put egg syrup in wok.
3. Turn to medium~high flame, stir fry the egg syrup to the centre of wok continuously.
4. Flip over, put on a plate.
5. Put little black pepper on top, serve.
