2 tbsp (30g) olive oil
400 g bread flour
walnuts (optional)
cranberries (optional)
Preheat the oven to 450°F/230°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 18 minutes until the surface is golden brown. better for 5 minutes steam first.
