⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 蟹柳蒸茄子 材料： 茄子一條 急凍仿蟹柳6條 綠豆粉絲適量 蒜蓉適量 芫荽碎及辣椒粒適量 處理： 1. 粉絲，清水浸軟。 2. 仿蟹柳，用叉子叉開幼條。 3. 粉絲已浸軟，剪開小段，放碟上。 4. 茄子，清水洗乾淨，打直一開二，放粉絲上。 5. 預備醬汁： a. 蒜蓉半茶匙 b. 鮑魚汁半茶匙 c. 生抽半茶匙 d. 老抽適量 e. 豆瓣醬一茶匙 f. 糖半茶匙 撈勻，加入仿蟹柳，撈勻。 6. 茄子，每邊打直輕手𠝹三刀。 7. 仿蟹柳，鋪在茄子上。 烹調： 1. 大火煲滾一鑊水。 2. 大火蒸茄子8分鐘。 3. 蒸好，灑上芫荽碎及辣椒粒。 4. 完成，可享用。 魚翅茄子🔴Steamed eggplant with imitation crab sticks🟠 Ingredients: Eggplant 1 log Frozen imitation crab sticks 6 Nos. Mung bean vermicelli appropriate amount Garlic sauce appropriate amount Coriander and chili cubes appropriate amount Preparation: 1. The vermicelli, soak in tap water until it turns totally soft. 2. The crab sticks, shred them with a fork. 3. The vermicelli has been softly soaked, cut in short lengths. Put on a plate. 4. The eggplant, rinse with tap water. Divide it into 2 shares vertically. Put on top of the vermicelli. 5. Prepare sauce: a. Garlic sauce 0.5 tsp b. Abalone sauce 0.5 tsp c. Light soya sauce 0.5 tsp d. Dark soya sauce appropriate amount e. Chili bean sauce 1 tsp f. Sugar 0.5 tsp Mix well. Add in the crab, mix well. 6. The eggplant, make 3 light cuts vertically on each half. 7. The crab, put on top of the eggplant. Steps: 1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. 2. Steam the eggplant at high flame for 8 minutes. 3. Steam well. Put coriander and chili cubes on top. 4. Complete.
