⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 草菇蝦乾煮豆腐 材料： 草菇1罐 豆腐3磚 蝦乾80克 處理： 1. 草菇，清水洗乾淨，擎乾水。 2. 蝦乾，清水浸10分鐘。 3. 草菇，1開2。 4. 豆腐，清水洗乾淨，切粒。 烹調： 1. 蝦乾、草菇及豆腐，放鑊內。 2. 在鑊內加入清水200毫升，同時加入蠔油1湯匙，冚蓋，大火煮1分鐘。 3. 加入生粉芡收汁。 4. 加入少許麻油，炒勻。 5. 完成，上碟，可享用。 Braised tofu with mushrooms and dried sea prawns Ingredients: Whole straw mushrooms 1 can Tofu 3 cubes Dried sea prawns 80g Preparation: 1. The mushrooms, rinse with tap water. Drain. 2. Dried sea prawns, soak in tap water for 10 minutes. 3. The mushrooms, divide each in 2 shares. 4. Tofu, get it rinsed and diced. Steps: 1. All ingredients, are to be put in wok. 2. Add in 200ml of water in wok. Add in 1 tbsp of oyster sauce. Cover up the wok. Cook at high flame for a minute. 3. Add in tapioca sauce to make the sauce thick. 4. Add in little sesame oil, fry well. 5. Complete. Put on plate. Serve. The ingredients are easy to prepare. Just try it tonight.
