柚子雞翼:
材料:
雞中翼12隻
柚子蜜2湯匙
雞汁1茶匙
處理:
1. 雞翼,用鹽乸10分鐘,去除雪味、雞腥味及加入鹹味。
2. 過了10分鐘,雞翼沖洗乾淨,廚紙索乾。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱3湯匙油。
2. 雞翼沾上生粉後,放鑊中,中火慢煎。
3. 中火燒熱另一邊鑊,加入水100毫升及柚子蜜2湯匙半。
4. 柚子蜜,煮滾,熄火,攤凍。
5. 反轉雞翼,繼續煎。
6. 轉大火,再煎1分鐘。
7. 熄火,擎乾油,放入另一邊的柚子醬,撈勻,放上碟。 淋柚子醬,完成。
Chicken wings with honey citron:
Ingredients:
Mid~joint Chicken wings 12 Nos.
Honey Citron 2 tbsp
Chicken sauce 1 tsp
Preparation:
1. Chicken wings, season with cooking salt for 10 minutes to remove the unpleasant smells and tastes and add some salty taste.
2. Rinse chicken wings thoroughly after 10 minutes and dry with kitchen towel.
Steps:
1. Heat up 3 tbsp oil at high flame in wok.
2. Chicken wings have been mixed well with tapioca starch. Fry at medium flame in wok.
3. Heat up water 100ml and honey citron 2 1/2 tbsp in wok on the other side.
4. Honey citron has been cooked well. Turn off fire and cool it down.
5. Flip over chicken wings. Continue frying.
6. Turn to high flame, fry for 1 minute more.
7. Turn off fire. Hang dry the oil . Mix with the citron honey on the other side. Serve.
