Recipe for cooking and ingredients: • ⅔ cup rolled oats (70 g / 2.5 oz) – grind into flour • ½ cup Greek yogurt (120 g / 4.2 oz) • 2 eggs • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp dried garlic • Pinch of salt • 1 tbsp flax seeds For toppings: • 10.58 oz mushrooms (300 g) – slice and sauté in olive oil • Tomato diet sauce (to taste) • 7 oz cheese (200 g) – grate • Tomato slices • Fresh herbs Instructions 1. Grind ⅔ cup rolled oats into flour in a coffee grinder. 2. Mix oat flour + 1 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp dried garlic + pinch of salt + 1 tbsp flax seeds. 3. Add 2 eggs + ½ cup Greek yogurt. Mix well. 4. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. 5. Place batter on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread into a pizza base. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (360 °F) for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden and soft. 7. Meanwhile, slice and sauté 10.58 oz mushrooms in olive oil. 8. Spread yogurt on the base. 9. Add tomato diet sauce. 10. Top with sautéed mushrooms, tomato slices, and fresh herbs. 11. Grate 7 oz cheese and spread evenly over the pizza. 12. Bake again at 180 °C for 12 minutes until cheese melts and turns golden. Serving & Storage • Serve hot – best fresh from the oven. • Keeps in the fridge up to 2–3 days, reheat in oven or microwave. Tips • For extra flavor – add Italian herbs or chili flakes. • Use low-fat yogurt for even fewer calories. • Calories per slice ≈ 180–220 kcal (depending on toppings).
