The first one is soft banana-oat chocolate balls. The second is crispy oat cookies with coconut oil. Both are made in the air fryer in just a few minutes — perfect for a healthy snack or sweet craving! Recipe for cooking and ingredients: Dessert #1 – Banana Oat Chocolate Balls • Bananas — 2 • Rolled oats — 1 cup (3.5 oz / 100 g) • Sugar-free dark chocolate — ⅓ cup (1.8 oz / 50 g) • Salt — a pinch (optional) Dessert #2 – Crispy Oat Cookies • Rolled oats — ½ cup (2 oz / 60 g) • Coconut oil — 2 tablespoons • Agave syrup (or honey) — 1½–2 tablespoons • Salt — a pinch (optional) Instructions: Dessert #1: 1. Mash 2 bananas with a fork. 2. Add 1 cup rolled oats (100 g) and ⅓ cup chopped sugar-free chocolate (50 g). 3. Mix well. Add a pinch of salt if desired. 4. Form small balls and place them in the air fryer basket on parchment paper. 5. Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 12–14 minutes. 02:25 Dessert #2: 1. Mix ½ cup rolled oats (60 g), 2 tbsp coconut oil, and 1½–2 tbsp agave syrup. 2. Add a pinch of salt if desired. 3. Shape into cookies and place on parchment paper in the air fryer. 4. Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 8–10 minutes. 5. Let them cool completely — they become crispy as they cool! Serving & Storage Both desserts taste great warm or cold.
