羅漢果煲無花果甘草茶
材料:
明火煲的份量:
羅漢果(大)一個(清水沖洗乾淨,壓碎)
甘草20克(清水沖洗乾淨)
無花果8粒(每粒一開二)
程序:
1. 大火煲滾清水5升。
2. 加入羅漢果、甘草及無花果,大火滾起,轉中慢火,煲20分鐘。
3. 煲好,熄火,焗一小時以上。
4. 完成,可享用。
養生壺煲的份量:
羅漢果(大)1/4個

Dried figs 8 Nos. (Divide each into 2shares in advance)
Steps:
1. Heat up 5L of water at high flame in a pot.
2. Add in monk fruit, licorice and dried figs. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for 20 minutes.
3. Finish. Turn off fire. Leave it for an hour or more.
4. Complete. Serve.
Or if you boil it with health pot, ingredients will be:
Monk fruit (large) 1/4 No.
Licorice 5g (Rinse with tap water)
Dried figs 3 Nos. (Divide each into 2 shares)
