🟢 材料:
排骨 - 400克
粉絲 - 100克
蒜頭 - 30克
薑 - 15克
蔥 - 1根
澱粉 - 1湯匙
蠔油 - 1湯匙
生抽 - 2茶匙
老抽 - 1茶匙
糖 - 1茶匙
鹽 - 1/4茶匙
胡椒粉 - 少許
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 排骨洗乾淨,瀝乾水分。
2️⃣ 把蒜頭、薑和蔥白切碎,灒入熱油,加入1湯匙蠔油、1/4茶匙鹽、1茶匙糖、2茶匙生抽、1茶匙老抽和少許胡椒粉拌勻,把調料倒入排骨中,加入1湯匙澱粉拌勻,醃半小時。
3️⃣ 粉絲浸軟後剪成小段,將醃好的排骨均勻鋪在粉絲上,避免重疊。 水滾下鍋,大火蒸10分鐘,撒上蔥花即可。

Pork ribs - 400g
Vermicelli - 100g
Garlic - 30g
Ginger - 15g
Spring onion - 1 stalk
Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
Light soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
Dark soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
White pepper powder - a pinch
🟢 Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Rinse the pork ribs thoroughly and drain the water.
2️⃣ Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and the white part of the spring onion. Pour hot oil over them, then add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, and a pinch of white pepper powder. Mix well. Pour the seasoning over the pork ribs, add 1 tablespoon cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Soak the vermicelli until soft, then cut into small sections. Evenly spread the marinated pork ribs over the vermicelli, avoiding overlap. Once the water boils, place the dish in the steamer and steam on high heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top before serving.
