秋乾滋潤素湯
(雪梨蓮藕白茅根湯)
材料:
雪梨2個
蓮藕12兩
白茅根1兩
無花果4粒
處理:
1. 茅根,清水浸10分鐘。
2. 無花果,清水浸10分鐘。
3. 蓮藕,清水洗乾淨。
4. 茅根及無花果,清水沖洗乾淨,放入煲。
5. 蓮藕,去皮,切一舊舊,放入煲。
6. 雪梨,洗乾淨,去芯,放入煲。
烹調:
1. 在煲內加入水2升半至3升
2. 大火煲滾。
3. 滾起後,轉中慢火,煲1小時。
4. 完成,可享用。

Lotus root lalang grass rhizome soup with Chinese pears🍂
Ingredients:
Chinese pears 2 Nos.
Lotus root 12 taels
Lalang grass rhizome 1 tael
Dried figs 4 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Lalang grass rhizome, soak in tap water for 10 minutes.
2. Dried figs, soak in tap water for 10 minutes.
3. Lotus root, rinse with tap water.
4. Lalang grass rhizome and dried figs, rinse with tap water. Put into pot.
5. Lotus root, get it peeled. Dice in cubes. Put into pot.
6. Chinese pears, get them rinsed. Remove cores. Put into pot.
Steps:
1. Fill the pot with water 2.5~3L.
2. Heat up at high flame.
3. Turn to medium~low flame after boils up. Boil for 1 hour.
4. Complete. Serve.
