食譜:
饅頭6個 (約77克/個)
1杯=200毫升
中筋麵粉300克(2+1/2杯)
白糖10克(2小勺)
酵母2克(1/2小勺)
水140~150克(3/4杯)
豬油10克(2小勺)
*夏天或室溫高,酵母用量2克
*冬天或室溫低,酵母用量3克
開水上鍋蒸
中火蒸18分鐘
關火靜置3~6分鐘後開蓋

Sugar 10g(2 tsp)
Instant Yeast 2g(1/2 tsp)
Water 140~150g(3/4 cup)
Lard 10g(2 tsp)
(Or cooking oil , unsalted butter)
*In summer or when the room temperature is high, use 2 grams of yeast
*In winter or when the room temperature is low, use 3 grams of yeast
After the water boils, steam in the pot
Start timing when steam comes out from the top of the steamer
Steam on medium heat for 18 minutes
Turn off the heat and let it sit for 3 to 6 minutes before opening the lid
